Shipping policy

 

All custom orders at Krystal’s Kollectibles are made-to-order and include a design and development period of up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following order confirmation. Once your item is completed, it will be shipped immediately, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Please note that during periods of high order volume or in the event of carrier-related delays outside of our control, shipping times may be affected. In such cases, we are committed to providing responsive and supportive customer care to keep you informed every step of the way.
